When you create an account, we collect your name, company name, business address, and email address. When you submit a project for estimating, we collect the project scope information you provide, including any documents or photos you upload. We do not collect or store payment card information — all payments are handled by Stripe.
2.How We Use Your Information
We use your information to create and deliver estimates, communicate with you about your account and orders, improve the accuracy of our estimating system over time, and contact you about your account when necessary.
3.AI and Your Data
Worximate uses AI to assist in building estimates. Your project scope information is processed by our AI system as part of that service. We do not sell your data or use it to train third-party AI models.
4.Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the platform — including Stripe for payment processing, Resend for email delivery, and Anthropic for AI processing. Each provider is bound by their own privacy and data protection policies.
5.Data Retention
We retain your account information and estimate history for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will retain records as required for legal and financial compliance.
6.Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7.Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at privacy@worximate.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
8.Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you by email if changes are material.

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
