1.Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Worximate ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2.Who We Are
Worximate is operated by Worximate LLC (pending formation), a Colorado-based company. References to "we," "us," or "our" refer to Worximate LLC.
3.What Worximate Does
Worximate provides AI-assisted construction estimating services for licensed contractors. You submit a project scope, and we produce a detailed estimate for your review. All estimates are reviewed by a human estimator before delivery.
4.Your Account
You must be invited to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must provide accurate information during registration. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5.Estimates and Deliverables
Estimates produced by Worximate are professional references intended to support your bidding process. They are not guarantees of final project cost. Actual costs may vary based on site conditions, material pricing, subcontractor availability, and other factors outside our control. You are responsible for reviewing all estimates before submitting them to clients.
6.Payment
Estimates are priced per submission. Pricing is displayed before you confirm your order. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Worximate does not store your payment information.
7.Refunds
We offer one no-questions-asked refund per account lifetime. Refund requests are reviewed and processed within a reasonable timeframe. Refunds will not be issued for estimates that have been delivered and accepted.
8.Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Worximate to submit false, fraudulent, or misleading project information. You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise misuse the Service. Accounts found in violation may be suspended or terminated without refund.
9.Intellectual Property
Estimates and deliverables produced for your account are yours to use for your business. The Worximate platform, brand, and underlying technology remain the property of Worximate LLC.
10.Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Worximate LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the estimate in question.
11.Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email if changes are material. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
12.Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles.
